Hahaha, that video is pure genius. And thank you so much for deciding to release the album, that gives me high spirits knowing that I can hear some new music from the best band that was to ever be formed.
Hahahahaha, this video may be the most androgenous that I've ever seen you. Maybe. Maybe. Probably not, but it's close. I'm liking the covers a lot though.
And I can't wait for the new album tomorrow. Please don't do that thing where you wait until 11:59 p.m. to release it. That sucks.
And I can't wait for the show on the 23rd. It's pretty rare that I'll go somewhere really far for a show, and this is the first time that I'm going as far as California. Super stoked.

listen, the matches have let me down very few times. but over here on the east coast its been the 11th for 3 hours already-hear me??? its 330 in the fucking morning! im going to bed seeing that band camps newest artist, swail, isn't quite doing it for me and im tired of watching bbc animal studies on youtube. i would agree that it is obsessive staying up to get the new disc right away, but wtf i mean matches fans don't exactly have that much more to look forward to from u guys any time soon.
however, tomorrow will be all the sweeter after sleeping in and i will be able to enjoy the album at a normal time. I still love u despite the short delay.

Liking the new cover. Can't wait to get my hands on the 4th album either.
Although it is pretty much the 11th for everyone now, you should all just savour the moment of anticipation that comes before listening to a new Matches album.

Wait, what?! Are you joking, cause I can't tell. You guys are so mean, and seem to be doing this in a very 'the matches' fashion, hahaha. What Katie Said? Little Maggots? Still anxiously waiting. Agh, I'm stoked to hear it anyway (whenever I do), thanks a lot for doing this release instead of just hiding the songs for an indefinite amount of time.
I really wish you would ad in some art. Is there going to be a source for lyrics to? because if so, i will probably print them and stick them in a cd case with the printed out artwork to make myself a cd.
as a dedicated matches fan i would say that i ask no more from the matches than i do from any other band i support. frankly i am let down that the release date was pushed back one day and that is it still not available. release dates being changed by a band is typical. although, usually the band feeds their fans at least some type of bull shit reason why the date has been moved. my sole indication of- "Woops. I meant the new tomorrow, Wednesday the 12th."-was not only incredibly frustrating, but truly a little heart breaking.
for the last 5 years when asked who my favorite band is my response always included the matches. i hate judging a band by their actions but leaving your fans in darkness is weak to say the least.
i am thankful that the disc is being released at all. i honestly am. but a little info as to why it isn't available anywhere would save many people a lot of sleep.
I expect the Matches are just "increasing our love by suspense". Maybe they truly have a good reason for the delay. This band is not just a bunch of assholes who would delay the album for shits and giggles. I'm sure once the songs are out, we'll all have forgotten about this wee little wait...
