I personally think the Matches guy is quite spidery looking. Like a large daddy long legs trying to pounce on young women who go to his shows, flashing their innocence to his snaring, demon beady eyes.
Maybe that's the perfect comparison. Matches guy = Daddy long legs, whose venom is potent enough to kill something 100 times in size, yet fangs too small to raise any worry.

i think i'm going to try to attend the buffalo or nyc show in november. alas, i will not be able to make a trip in september. mainly because the 4th is the start of the toronto international film festival...and i am definitely not missing out on working it. ha

Hey Shawn, these fans of yours are quite funny. I don't understand any of it but who can really. Well no, I won't be able to attend the event though I think it is really great that your getting work, like great work with your art, you will go far my friend, I think your very talented...if you drew me a picture I would frame it! So Shawn after almost 2 years I'm finally going to see you and the guys perform again...I'm driving down from Nova Scotia to Foxboro to see you on November 12th...I can't wait! I'm also going to visit the Little Women museum the day after the concert...this will be a great few days vacation, I can't wait!

I might be coming to Oakland for Justin's last show.
Mind you, I live in no way nearby. In fact, I live on the other side of the continent, and by living in such area, getting to the show is going to be quite pricey. We'll see how things work out.
