Out of Order: Come Back Yesterday

Disability creates ability. For instance, a deficiency of recent posts on my blog equals a new Matches album, artwork, and video. For a further read on the subject of disorder vs. creativity, visit the latest spin.com book club entry.
For further on new Matches, hold the course! The record is due out in March, and info and music will begin creeping from under the bed in January.

And if you should be so lucky to live near 1417 W. Sunset Blvd in Echo Park, CA, get here for such supplies as

I designed the dinosaur egg incubator. Proceeds from the store go to the 826 free tutoring center for young writers, so that we may one day be replaced by a more talented and creative generation. (who will surely right our offenses to the natural world, and will never never never vote Huckabee)

I'm so excited!
I didn't even really notice that your post was like 11 days after the last one. I'd almost completely forgotten about book club. Will we ever see the infamous red light video? I don't care as long as the new year comes quicker

What a thought provoking store... or this is in it's entirety, actually. I'm growing more fond of eye patches and Ism Wines by the moment...

and 'Disability creates ability' is incredibly true. Nothing like a peg-leg adding to a persona!

How fortunate that I happen to be planning on visiting LA in a bit over a month for a concert or two, and my lamp has only just run out of whale oil. Fate does indeed smile on those who are patient.

January, eh? My, just a few days away and yet a whole new year. And a whole new everything.

I'm slightly disappointed that the new album won't be out until after I have left California, but here's hoping that Fiji has some half-decent record stores...

I'm so happy that you found an incubator for my dinosaur egg. I mean, we wouldn't want them to go extinct or anything!

the explosion of all the good things to happen is getting me excited.

speaking of excitement, it seemed as if you were just ecstatic in the video on the Alt Press tour site when you were squealing about gracing the cover this spring. cheers to that!

AHH! A cover on AP? That got me so pumped.

Finally. 2008 is going to be insane for you guys.

Anyway, I don't really know what to say other than congratulations!

And the AltPress tour. That didn't come within 500 miles of me last year, and I don't think that will change this year, but who knows.

I might plan something somewhere around the time of the tour when I see the dates.

A new blog to confirm that there is life is always nice.
Congratulations on the cover!
Though I hear that you are one of three openers for All Time Low and Rocket Summer, you guys deserve to headline!
Actually, you guys deserve to headline you're own tour to support the new album, maybe this summer?

At least we have an approximate date so we can count down the days.

Here's hoping that new generation of writers aren't TOO creative or talented; we don't want them to show us up. ;)

Dino egg incubator? Ohhh I would love one of those!
My stomach twists in knots whenever someone so much as mentions the new album.
My heart sinks everytime I remind myself I have so long to wait.

man, one would have to sniff coke to be eating toilet paper during an interview in a bathroom stall in Texas, right? Well, I'd like everyone to know that my digestive track has been TP free for 4 years now-- thanks for sticking with me through those hard times.
On another note, WOW-- I looked fucking scary! What the shit. Former self, I'd like you to meet my friends Shower and Shave. I think you guys will get along just dandy.
