Y?

Corner of room's always quizzical. Little translucent spider lives by the question. He has no concept of what, say, my book is. I have no capacity for a fourth dimension. Where would I begin? Spider is not wondering. Corner is not answering.

Or the wrong spiders, I guess your spiders are quite as a good as mine though, 'cause I've never found any messages in the web either.

I guess spiders are just cryptic by nature; wretched, taciturn, eight-legged beasties.

Some pig, happy halloween?

You amaze me.
Perhaps the spider knows he might rather be blissfully naive? Or perhaps he's in the process of realizing the purpose all along. For a question mark is no lovely roommate, even in the dark, decrepit places spiders tend to flourish. Then again, there is always good purpose for being in the dark though, isn't there? Take that as you will. Also, our wall here could use a fresh coating of paint, it seems a tad worn.

I adore that I find this as I wear a cheap, trampled and stained, yet lovely black bowler.
It's going to be a cold November here, let it be fast as well.

First off, Happy Halloween.
The fourth dimension? It's quite early in the morning and here I am contemplating the fourth dimension. Thank you. Perhaps the spider wanted to see you pondering over this. Perhaps it means nothing at all. Perhaps this spider is a tricky one. He wants you to give it meaning. That's all I've come up with. It's quite early for my brain to be at work... I'll probably think something up during the day and have a "Eureka!" moment. Until then... adieu.

Maybe your dear spider is scared to show that he (or she, lets not offend the poor thing) is a bad speller.

Thats what I determined my spider's problem was... then my dog ate it, which was an even larger problem...
Though... I suppose it was for the best, the thought of spiders makes me itch. But the death was a bit over the top.

I'm home, alone, sick. *sigh* Fantastic way to spend Halloween?
I wont even be able to dress up this year. It's a shame. All will be ok though. I'll cuddle up with a bowl of traditional chili and pop in my favorite movie (The Rocky Horror Picture Show) just like I've done every year since I was 5... except normally it's after I've gotten at least a medium sized purse full of candy from being dressed up as something that most people could never guess who it is due to my love of odd characters (such as Po the Teletubbie [it was a home made costume =^D], Baby Spice, the Grim Reaper [which people thought was a dementor from Harry Potter...? it was sad], and Columbia [from The Rocky Horror Picture Show, if you haven't seen it... I strongly recomend it. I was Columbia 2 different years]) and creativity and the fact that some people are just plain idiots.

Hope your Halloween is a trillion times better.
Happy Halloween. =^]

I have nothing better to do with my life/time than to comment again.
*sigh*

Yesterday, during my Theater Arts class, I snuck onto your wonderful blog to see if anything was new.
And I showed my classmates (most I call friends, some I'd refer to as people I tolerate) the pictures in all of your posts(time would not allow them to read it all)
Now some younger girl is convinced I stalk you...
Which I don't.
She says "If you don't then how do you know of this? Why do you check in on it? Why do you constantly sing his songs? And why do you care so much about that band?"
So I thought... what are the actual answers to these questions?
Here is the answers I was able to come up with.
I know of this because I found the myspace which had a link on it.
I check on it because it's interesting, makes me think, gives me a challenge to ponder, lets me associate with other people, and speak my mind without being judged because I sign as Anonymous (so no one can say "______ is stupid")... I hate being judged by people.
I constantly sing them because they are good, catchy, meaningful, and I have a friend that purposly makes sure one is in my head and can not escape until I sing it a thousand times.
Now... the question I found hardest to answer, why do I care so much?
I don't know. Because the blogs and the songs help me relax after a rough day? Because everything about The Matches remind me of my life? Because you have a heart? Or, because you're human? (I figure it's more than likely the last one... I like humans, they are interesting)
I honestly don't know. I never know why I care about something. Why I love someone/something. It's one of those things that I can never put into words.
...in the end, she thinks I'm a stalker because I care about humans more than horses, which is more than she could say.
It makes me chuckle. =^]

Is the Y in the title referring to shape created by the intersection of the three different pieces of wall? That's extremely clever if so -spinning the illusion into a question.

If only I were as good with words as you that would make sense to someone besides me. I can't even think of the word I was going to use in place of "good with words". Now this is going to bug me through my 9 AM.

Happy Halloween.

The same could be said for a number of spiders and corners. Any insect. Possibly certain animals.

Or maybe the spider just enjoys keeping you guessing.

And as you have probably guessed, i don't have a clue what I'm saying.

The spider lacks a mind's eye, but you are missing an entire dimension. I can't decide who is worse off. What might new intellect reveal about one's existing dimensions? What might a new dimension reveal about one's pre-existing intellect? In the end, I think the spider's lack of concern gives it the upper hand.

Haha, I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed the corner made a "Y" shape. =^D
I thought I had just taken to much medication.

I was thinking of the books I've read (not that many... but more than some people I know) and I remembered this one that was about dimensions... completely confused me (along with the rest of the class, the only one that got it was the teacher and the person that got nothing... which was odd...)but I had to read it for Geometry (...also confusing. Geometry is not math, it's science... and I'm a math geek not a science geek... *sigh*)
And then I remembered this.
Sooo I thought "why not mention the confusing book to someone who I find more intelligent?!"
Of course now I'm out of that class and already (barely) passed the tests on the book, but it still might be of some interest.

The book is Flatland by Edwin A. Abbott

I wouldn't recomend it to someone like ME who doesn't really work well when it comes to... shapes... especially if they... talk.
But someone else could have fun with it.

To actually answer the question you are asking requires some insight on what type of book you want to write. I'm gonna guess that it will have something to do with you, your life/experiences/opinions/stories as your writing often seems to have. I've always found it useful to go to places that influence me, such as an art museum or a park for inspiration. Or other times a good starting off point is to think about an important event in your life or an important/influential/wickedly-awesome person.

Again, setting up for a conspiracy theory. Maybe this little spider it not a spider at all. Maybe Miles has planted a camera? Maybe it follows you from room to room like a tiny spy thought up only in video games.

Or maybe you're so excited for Halloween that the spider is all a part of your spookable induced imagination. So I'll wish you a happy Halloween and I'll send you a can of imaginary bug spray. Imaginary postage rates may apply.

Happy Halloween Shawn! Forgive me if something is spelled wrong, my eye makeup is burning! (dead photographer! twas fun!)

to anonymous (the one that uses =^] hehe) I've been asked why I'm so "obsessed" with the Matches and music in general lots of times but I never really give a response. I suppose it takes me out of my world and into one that I like better. I suppose that I choose the bands I like not only on the sound, but the personality of the musicians. I mean seriously, if you knew the person singing a really awesome song was an asshole how didn't believe his own words, would the song still mean as much? I think not, at least not for me. Maybe next time I'm asked I'll sit that person down and give them the full explanation. For now I'll just sport my striped Henry Matches shirt and sing at the top of my lungs because I want to, not because it's "cool" or whatever.

I dislike spiders and their webs because 1) spiders are rather creepy and one bit me once and it was not fun and 2) the webs get in the way and are creepy. I do feel slightly bad though. Not all spiders can be bad and I go around squashing them all and ripping down their houses.

Y? seems to be a common question in my life. Neither spider nor man can answer though.

♥Katie

ps this is the longest I've ever written and I'll try to keep them more brief from now on...I promise!

The fact that you can find beauty, or even something to write about in a spider and the corner of a wall amazes me.

I am trying my best to come up with something catchy or funny or smart to get your attention; I am at a loss. Maybe it is the fact that it is late and I have been walking for the past 4 hours. Maybe it is because I am running on Rockstars, Twix, and fake fog, but I can not for the life of me think of anything to say, but the mindless rambling I have been wasting my life with.

Being such a small, invisible or rather, 'translucent' creature perhaps the spider has no desire to know of anything outside his comfortable web.

It amazes me how you are able to come up with such concepts.

Sheer boredom perhaps?

I often speak to my cornors or ceilings. Or just look at them and wonder and question but mush like you there is no reply. I sometimes loose track of time and I wonder to myself why the teal wall is a little bit on the lime green wall and why the lime green wall is sortof on the teal wall. (My rooms rather colorful?)Then I notice I have spent 2 hours of my morning looking at these walls and just questioning so much. Inculding why I cant get answers. I dont have a spider, though I do have a Guinie Pig for what it counts. & why the spider or wall wont answer is because they want you to ask yourself.
Or at least this has been my theory for a while in my own situation.

Anywho the typos in this are so intense I dont care. Also even if theres not enough Sherly in your Sherly Temple, a nasty note wont get you anywhere. Goodness.
