STD Payphone

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
My younger sister just got back from Bangalore, India and brought me this photo of a local payphone. Let's say the obvious: their abreviation of "standard" wouldn't fly so high here. But- for those who've asked about the STD payphone line in "What Katie Said", here's your practical application of the phrase. (Though I would still take the medical precaution of keeping fluids from oral orifaces and the mouthpiece from coming into contact.)

What Katie Said is probably one of my favorite songs second only to Audio Blood. I am a Katie after all...

Wow, what a literal label for that. Haha I remember hearing that for the first time and thinking "That's so close to home."

Out of all the words in that song, that's gotta be the most correct.
If that makes sense.(?)

;)

That ad for Top Ramen is freaking me out. That kid looks way too enthused about noodles, and those strange glasses don't help...neither does that weird look on his face. I'm unnerved.

I agree. ?/\ /\ the look on that kids face is classic. It's by far, my favorite thing about the picture.

I wouldn't say that's a good thing, Katie is a biznatch in the song.

Dear Shawn,

I hoped posting on one of your older entries with the least comments as possible would get your attention.

If you are finding yourself reading this, I don't really know how to say that I am really interesting, but I am, and you seem really interesting, and though you are not a child, I am not a child pornographer, and though you have not talked to me, I have talked to people.

It'd be fun to talk to a quasi elitist esoteric such as yourself.

and if it helps

I have a lump in my scrotum, but seeing as I am 18, if it does turn into testicular cancer, I can't bribe a charity to force you to give me a high five.

Heres to high fives.

(if you can please call, 815 474 3430

or email nruby91@yahoo.com
